James Williamson

Founder and Principal

James Williamson brings a distinctive blend of expertise to his clients. In less than five years, James has developed and completed fifteen commercial projects across Montana and Washington while simultaneously securing his license as a real estate broker and serving as a commercial appraiser. James also serves regional, national, and local financial institutions as a trusted advisor for these organizations to gain an unparalleled understanding of the area’s housing inventory and pricing. Prior to founding Sage, James worked for AON Risk Solutions, managing the development of insurance policies and products. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Black Hills State University and serves as a board member for the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce.

Amanda Makris

Principal Assistant and Sales Advisor

Amanda Makris is a Principal Assistant and Sales Advisor at Sage Advisors, bringing a dynamic and well-rounded background to her work in real estate. She relocated to Montana from Chicago in 2020 to pursue her flight instructor certificate. While completing her aviation training, Amanda began working as a real estate assistant and soon thereafter earned her real estate license. She launched her career assisting clients in the luxury residential and ranch markets, where she developed a strong foundation in high-end properties and client service. Over time, Amanda expanded her expertise into the commercial and investment property sector, where she now plays an integral role in supporting complex transactions and advising clients on strategic opportunities.
