Treeline Center is a 5 lot commercial development located in North Kalispell. The development included a master land lease from the local school district, which was then subdivided into multiple parcels and subleased to tenants.  The total development included subdivision, land lease contracts, construction, and tenant leasing. The total completed project includes an extended-stay hotel, coffee shop, laundromat, restaurant, retail store, dentist, and quick lube. Experience includes partial ownership and management of all aspects of development.
