Office Space Conversion to Medical Space

Sage Appraisal has been contracted to appraise several office space conversion projects with a historical office space use remodeled and converted into medical space. The office space included over 30,000 SF and remained vacant for several years. With the growing demand for medical services, a group of local providers joined together to create a co-op and acquire office space. Sage Appraisal assisted in the appraisal process and review of all project remodel plans and budgets for a complete understanding of the total project implications.
