Multi-Family Appraisal Leads to Development & Sale
Sage Appraisal was contracted to appraise a townhome development for an out of state developer. Throughout the appraisal process the highest and best use of the property was identified as a multi-family use. The developer engaged Sage Advisors to design and assist with development on a 45 unit multi-family project. Upon completion of the project Sage Advisors procured an off market sale with a successful closing upon completion. Sage Advisors has continued to assist the new owners in marketing & operations strategy to create higher than average returns in the market.
